Post-breakup sexual encounters are pretty common: A 2013 study published in the Journal of Adolescent Research found that one-third of 792 young adults, ages 17 to 24, reported having had sex with an ex.
There are plenty of cases where that would be a bad idea ― but some people are pretty damn happy they did it. Below, men and women on the secret-sharing app Whisper share why they’re glad they had one last go-around with their exes.
