On Saturday, Samantha Bee closed out her “Not the White House Correspondents’ Dinner” special “Man In The High Castle” style, alternate reality film projector and all.
“What a wonderful alternate 2017 it’s been!” says Bee from another world where Hillary Clinton is now president.
“The Patriots lost the Super Bowl, ‘Lemonade’ won Album Of The Year and every print of ‘La La Land’ spontaneously combusted.”
Unfortunately, Paul Ryan and the Republicans have already started impeachment proceedings, and Clinton’s presidency has inspired the first-ever protest seen from space: the Men’s March.
Sigh. Still, we have to assume a lot of the attendees at her star-studded event were thinking the same thing:
